Ambrosía Concept Catering was created from our common passion for gastronomy, followed by the strong desire to delight our guest’s palate.

We have a special way to create and prepare an event. We search for excellence in seasonal products, applying the ideal processes of elaboration and the perfect organization. We give extra attention to details while constantly thinking in satisfying the taste needs of our clients.

In Ambrosía Concept Catering we aspire to create, for each occasion, something different, with style, elegance and a fresh touch. We believe that no event is like another, as your desires, your excitements and your ideas are the main ingredients we use to guarantee the best recipe to success.


Because as Greek mythology tells, Ambrosía was the substance which was considered "Food of the Gods"… and this is exactly the level that our gastronomy pursues.

Our chef


Our Chef, Matteo Frigoli, is a great culinary artist, who studied in the well-renowned school of I.P.S.S.A.R E. Maggia de Stresa (Italy). Cooking became part of his life since very young, now with more than 10 years of experience, he has been in charge of various restaurants in USA, Italy and Barcelona. Some examples are the famous Relais & Chateau “La Vecchia Laguna” in Garda’s Lake, as well as the “A.C. Milan Football Club” Private Restaurant in Milanello or the “Xemei” Restaurant in Barcelona.

Innovative, delicious dishes with a refined presentation are some of the factors that define Matteo’s creative mind. In each and every one of his creation he portrays his passion for exquisite gastronomy.
